In the occasion that India celebrates its
71th independence day there was a hopeful wish from the neighbor country
Pakistan. The former Pakistan captain Shahid Afridi wished India on
the special occasion of Independence Day and urged the two neighboring
countries to work towards for the peace and tolerance among them.
Shahid Afridi said in his twitter
message that he feels happy in wishing Happy Independence Day India. He also
said that there are no way to change the neighbor, so it is better to change the
attitude of both the nations which need to direct towards co-operation and
peace and work for peace, tolerance and love among people.
India may celebrate its 71th Independence
Day on August 15, while Pakistan celebrated it a day before on April 14.Indian cricket
team captain Virat Kohli had donated a cricket bat for Afridi's cricket foundation
academy last month and the former all rounder recently thanked for this to him.
The Indian team had also given Afridi a signed jersey on his retirement last
April.
