India Won The Third ODI Against Australlia By Five Wickets And Enter Into The First Rank

In the third ODI match between India and Australia held at Indore, India beat Australia by five wickets and make an unbeatable 3-0 lead in the five match series. Australia won the toss and chooses to bat and they made a score of 293/6 in 50 overs with the help of Aaron Finch who scored 124 of 125 balls. By chasing the score India rode on a fantastic opening stand between Rohit Sharma and Ajinkya Rahane and then sealed the deal with Hardik Pandya’s quick fire 78. The team was in a little spot after losing Virat Kohli and Kedar Jadhav in quick succession but Pandya operated with a mature head to get the side close to a convincing win.

After electing to bat, Australia rode on Aaron Finch’s brilliant century but lost their way as India fought back in the final overs to now allow the visitors go past the 300 run mark. This was another complete performance by India on a very batting friendly pitch and gives them another ODI series win under Virat Kohli. Action now shifts to Bangalore where Australia would eye pride while India would look to extend their domination. Australia makes two changes to their playing XI while India are unchanged
